The Jump Character Store (ジャンプキャラクターズストア) is the official online shop of the famous weekly manga pre-publication magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Since 1968, this Japanese magazine has enabled its young readership to discover new manga series, some of which have gone on to become world-famous!
These include Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Naruto, Hunter x Hunter, Demon Slayer, Bleach and, more recently, Jujutsu Kaisen. With such a long list of successes to its name, the JUMP brand is undoubtedly one of the best exporters of Japanese manga culture in the world, and has been for several decades.
The Jump Character Store allows fans to buy exclusive goodies from their favourite franchises. There are currently physical Jump Shops all over Japan that you can visit which are located in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Hiroshima and other cities like Yokohama and Fukuoka.
Unfortunately, as with many other Japanese online shops, it is not possible to place orders from outside Japan. To place an order on the site, you need to go through a buying intermediary like ZenMarket, and we’ll explain how in this article.
What can I buy from Jump Character Store?
Lots of goodies! There are hundreds of items to choose from, and new products are added on a regular basis.
Here’s a short, but not exhaustive, list of the products you’ll find at the Jump Character Store:
- Collector’s boxes and exclusive products

Overview of the Jump Shop Website
The Jump Character Store website is fairly basic, but regularly updated, a sign that the brand is constantly renewing its product catalogue.
The home page is divided into several sections:
- At the top of the site you’ll find banners promoting new product collections. One click will take you to a listing of the products in the collection.
- Just below this you’ll find a search bar button, an essential tool for searching the site. Similar to the search bar on ZenMarket, it allows you to find one or more products directly using a keyword.
- Then, just a little further down, you’ll find the “NEW ARRIVALS” category, which shows the latest merchandise available.
- Just below this the section entitled “おすすめ – PICK-UP” will show you the products recommended by the shop.
The last section, “人気ランキング”, lists the items most popular with customers. - Finally, at the foot of the page, you will once again find a number of showcase-style banners giving you access to a list of products in the same series or theme.
How do I buy from Jump Shop with Zenmarket?
Like many other Japanese sites, the site is not available in English. However, a simple right-click (on a PC) or by choosing the ‘Translate’ option on your phone will give you a fairly rough translation of the site, but it’s enough for you to browse and shop without any problems.
Search and Check the Details of the Item of your Liking
Use the search bar to perform your search. Note that the search works better if the words are in English or Japanese. For example, type “ONE PIECE” or “僕のヒーローアカデミア” to search for My Hero Academia products. There are a lot of tools to help you search in Japanese like Wikipedia or Google Translate. If you get no or few results in one language, try the other.

To the left of the search bar is an option to search by product (カテゴリーから探す）or series title（作品から探す）.
For each product you are interested in, check the details directly on the Jump Character Store website (price including VAT, description and details of the item, purchase option, delivery time, etc.).
Under the product name, you will notice icons of different colours. These icons indicate the availability of the product and an estimate of when your items will be shipped to Japan before being sent to you. Please refer to the translations below.

Use ZenMarket to Place your Order
Create an account on ZenMarket if you haven’t already done so. It’s free and quick!
Then all you have to do is copy and paste the URL of the item’s page into the ZenMarket search bar to add it to your basket, it’s that simple.
If an item has different size or colour options, you can enter them in the “Description” box in the pop-up window that opens. Here you can specify the size, colour or quantity required for clothes, for example.
Once you have pressed “Enter”, the item will automatically be added to your ZenMarket shopping basket and all you have to do is pay for it once it has been validated by our teams.
In the “Description” box, you can indicate any additional information you feel would be useful so that we can place your order efficiently.

Receive and Pay for your Quote
Once we have processed your quote request, you will receive a message indicating the price to be paid, including the price of the item(s), any shipping costs within Japan and ZenMarket’s fixed service fee of ¥300.
If you order several items at the same time, you will receive the total for each item, as well as the total amount to be paid, which you can pay in one go.
Ship your Item to your Doorstep
Once you have paid for your items, they will be shipped by Jump Character Store to our warehouses in Osaka. Once they have arrived at our warehouse, you can choose to have your items combined into one parcel or shipped separately.
You will also be able to select your preferred shipping method (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, AIRMAIL, Zen Express Standard, or Surface).
Now that you’ve placed your order, all you have to do is wait for it to arrive! For the pre-order items we mentioned above, please note that they will need more time to reach you, as delivery times will start to count from the product’s release in Japan.
