The name “AMNIBUS” is a self-created word that combines two English words: “Animation” and “Omnibus”. It means conveying the power of animation works and characters to everyone. Amnibus launches a variety of exclusive original products based on different popular anime, video games and characters, such as clothes, accessories, stationery, tableware and daily necessities. How To Buy Japanese Amnibus Products

STEP 1: Search For Products

First, go to the Japanese Amnibus official website. When you open the homepage, you can see special collections of products from different popular anime works. The Amnibus official website not only has a rich variety of product styles and types, but also has a simple website design, making it convenient and simple to find products.

If you already have a target product in mind, you can directly enter the work name, character name or product name in the search bar at the top of the website.

You can also search by anime works and product categories. For easier browsing, you can paste the website URL into Google Translate. Although Google Translate is not 100% accurate, it can be used as a reference to make your shopping experience smoother.

Click “もっと见る” (View More) at the bottom to see more anime works. According to rough estimates, Amnibus has launched merchandise products for more than 80 popular works!

You can also search by product category. Amnibus offers more than 25 types of products including tops, jackets, pants, skirts, ties, shoes, wallets, stickers, stationery, tableware, groceries, etc.

Click “もっと见る” (View More) at the bottom to see a more detailed classification (you can use a translator to help here too!).

The work category “ランキング” shows the popularity rankings in different work series.

“新着アイテム” displays new arrivals.

STEP 2: Confirm Product Information

After you find a product you like, remember to confirm the product details before placing an order.

For example, the “Wolf and Spice” Ani-Art acrylic keychain pictured below sells for 650 yen + tax per item (one piece), and the product description “※単品販売は全7種のうち、いずれか1種ランダムとなります” means that you cannot choose the style if you buy it individually – it will be selected randomly by the store. If you want to collect a complete set of 7 different styles, you need to buy a box set, which sells for 4,550 yen + tax.

“予約受付中” (Reservation in-progress) means orders are being accepted, “予約期間” (Reservation period) indicates when ordering will be closed, and “發送予定” is the scheduled delivery date. Usually, reserved products need to wait about 3-4 months before being shipped. If you buy clothing products, you should pay attention to men’s and women’s clothing and sizes. Then you have to decide on the quantity to buy. If the phrase “残りわずか” appears, it means there is only a small amount of stock left.

The product name will be marked with “メンズ (Men’s)”, “レディース (Ladies’)” and “ユニセックス (Unisex)”. In terms of size, there are usually a variety of choices from XS to XXXL, depending on the style. You can find the size chart at the bottom; click on “サイズについて” to see the diagram.

It is worth noting that “※予約商品は、予約終了後のキャンセルをお受けすることは出来ません” means that reservations/orders cannot be canceled after the pre-order period ends. If you have any questions about the product, you can contact customer service.

 

STEP 3: Place Your Order Through ZenMarket

After selecting the product, you can place your order! Amnibus generally charges 600 yen for domestic shipping in Japan, but if you spend over 10,000 yen on Amnibus, you can enjoy free shipping within Japan.

However, if you need to ship overseas, you must first confirm the shipping method and shipping fee! Since Amnibus Japan does not provide overseas delivery services, you can use the ZenMarket purchasing service to help you purchase products and have them delivered to your home from Japan! The purchase method is very simple:

1. Copy product link

2. Paste it into the ZenMarket search bar

Paste the link you copied into the search bar on the ZenMarket website, then press Enter or 🔍.

Alternatively, you can open the account page and click “Add a store URL or bidding product link”

 

3. Add to cart

A confirmation window will automatically pop up. If you’re ordering general merchandise such as stationery and tableware, you can add it directly.

If you’re ordering clothing or products that come with special discounts, you can enter the color, size and other details in the “Product Description” to facilitate confirmation by the staff and reduce the chance of omissions or errors (for example: “M Size, black” etc.). If you purchase more than 1 item, remember to change the quantity! If there are no errors, click “Add to Cart” and you’re done!

4. View my account

You will find that the product has been added to your shopping cart, and our team will review and confirm it for you and provide you with a quote. After the product review is completed, a quotation will appear, including:

• Product price
• Japan domestic shipping fee (if any)
• 500 yen service fee

After confirming that there is no problem with the quotation, you can click “Recharge” to add credit to your account through credit card, paypal, etc., and officially place an order and pay!
