In addition, new users can get 10% off international shipping on their first parcel using promo code ZEN10SHIP throughout the month of April.

How to Participate: When shipping your first ZenMarket parcel, enter promo code ZEN10SHIP into the dialogue box that appears when you click PAY to have 10% of the parcel’s international shipping cost deducted from the shipping fee.

ZenMarket 10th Anniversary Promo Code Usage Terms & Conditions
Please check the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible for and are able to use your discount:
Promo Period: April 1st 00:00 JST – April 30th 23:59 JST
Users who enter promo code ZEN10 when creating their ZenMarket account will automatically have 1,000 ZenPoints applied to the ZenPoints balance of their account.
These ZenPoints can be used to reduce international shipping costs for up to 3 months (90 days) after the date of registration.
- 1 ZenPoint = 1 Japanese Yen.
- ZenPoints expire after 3 months of inactivity
- Users are allowed to have only one (1) ZenMarket account. Users found to have multiple ZenMarket accounts will be deemed in direct breach of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the discount.
Users who ship their very first parcel via an eligible shipping method during the promo period can enjoy a 10% discount on the international shipping fee of a parcel.
Eligible Shipping Methods: AVIA, AVIA SM, EMS, DHL, ECMS Express, Fedex, Fedex LowCost, SF Express, UPS.
Participating Regions: All regions except Russia and Belarus ZenMarket is able to ship to with an eligible shipping method.
- The promo code only applies to a user’s first ever parcel shipped with ZenMarket, and will not apply to any subsequent parcels (i.e 2nd parcel and beyond).
- Promo Code only applies to parcels paid for during the Promo Period. Enter the promo code when paying for shipping during this period to receive the shipping discount.
- Parcels paid for outside of the promo period will not be eligible for a discount.
- Only parcels shipped using an Eligible Shipping Method can receive the discount. Parcels shipped using any other shipping method will not be eligible for the discount.
- The parcel must be shipped to one of the Participating Regions. As mentioned above, this includes all regions that ZenMarket can ship to using an Eligible Shipping Method, except Russia and Belarus.
- The total discount amount will be based on 10% of the actual shipping fee of the parcel being paid for at the time of using the code.
- The discount amount is uncapped.
- Once the promo code is used and the eligible parcel has been paid for, the parcel cannot be altered in any way. If alterations, including but not limited to cancellation of the parcel, repacking of the parcel, or the addition of extra items are made, the shipping discount may be void.
- Each user can use the Promo Code only once. Discount applies to only 1 parcel per account.
- Promo Codes can not be exchanged for ZenMarket funds or any monetary value.
- Please make sure to check shipping methods’ restrictions before creating your parcel(s).
- Please note that the parcel packing process might take 2~3 business days or more. To ensure you can use the Promo Code within the Promo Period, we recommend that you create your package in advance of the promotion ending (3~5 business days).
- Before purchasing an item, please check that it can be shipped to your region and is not on the list of internationally forbidden items. In many cases these items cannot be returned and will be disposed of at the buyers’ expense.
- ZenMarket reserves the right to make the final decision regarding disputes on whether an item is eligible for the campaign offer. Any decisions made by ZenMarket in this regard are final.
