How to Order from Other Online Stores
STEP 1: Find the store where your desired time can be found.

STEP 2: Access the site
Access the store you wish to purchase from. Below we will be using Uniqlo as an example, but the general instructions are the same for most stores.
STEP 3: Find the product(s) you are interested in
Search or browse for the online store until you have found a product you would like to buy. Stores like Uniqlo are simple to navigate, but some stores may not be so straightforward, especially if they are entirely in Japanese!
It may be easier if you translate the page first. For Google Chrome users, simply right click an empty spot on the page and click Translate to English, and Google translate will handle the rest.
On the product page, you can check various details about the product, such as color and size, so please read carefully beforehand – it is worth checking here for any points that may not be suitable for international shipping. STEP 4: Copy the URL on the product page
Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, please select the entire URL displayed at the top of your browser and copy it.
STEP 5: Add products to cart on Zenmarket website
There are three ways to add selected items to your Zenmarket cart.
- Paste the URL that you selected and copied in STEP 5 directly into the search bar, and click the magnifying glass icon.
- Click the + icon and paste the URL that you selected and copied in the newly opened window.
- Click “Add to” and paste the selected and copied URL in the newly opened window.
STEP 6: Specify details such as product size and quantity
When pasting the URL of the product page in STEP 6, a new window like the one below will open.
Enter product details such as size, quantity, and color. If you would like the same product in a different color or size, please clearly indicate this in the details section.
Confirm there are no mistakes and click the blue “Add” button at the bottom right to complete adding the product to your cart.

Step 7: Pay for your Items
Once you have added the items to your cart ZenMarket will check the items to see if they are available for purchase. This can take some time depending on how many other items need to be checked and the time of your enquiry, so although this check can sometimes be completed in a matter of minutes, it is best to allow up to 2 business days, particular in busy periods.

Once checked, if your item can be purchased by the ZenMarket team, your item will be made available for payment. Click the Yellow Pay button and our team will purchase your items and have them shipped to the ZenMarket warehouse.
