External pressures & service fee change

While we’re thrilled about the enhancements and value they bring to your experience, we also find it essential to admit the global inflation and more notably the weakened yen are placing ZenMarket under pressuring circumstances. Namely, this shift is greatly affecting our operational costs both within and outside Japan.

To uphold the exemplary service and quality you deserve and to foster continuous improvements, we find it necessary to make a modest adjustment to our pricing structure.

Effective October 18th, 2023, our service fee will be revised from 300 yen to 500 yen per item. We sincerely hope for your understanding and support, as this is our first price adjustment in nearly a decade, a decision reached with thoughtful deliberation.
