Temporary Suspension of ZenExpress  | ZenMarket

However, as we navigate through changes and improvements, we want to keep our valued community informed about updates to our shipping options, particularly ZenExpress.

 

ZenExpress Updates

Due to a shift in strategy by our handling company, ZenExpress will be temporarily suspended from mid-February for the foreseeable future. This will affect how our customers outside the USA can receive their parcels. Here’s what you need to know:

• ZenExpress Availability: ZenExpress will be removed as a shipping option for most countries, except for the USA, starting from mid-February
• Packing Option Deadline: For those wishing to use ZenExpress, it will be available as a packing option only until February 9th.
• Payment Deadline: Please ensure you have paid for your parcel by February 12th, 24:00 JST (Monday).
• Last Pickup Date: The last pickup for parcels shipped via ZenExpress will be on February 13th (Tuesday).
• Looking Ahead: We are actively looking into resuming ZenExpress through other sources and will update our community as soon as we have more information.

Note that this will not affect the availability of other shipping methods, or the availability of the IOSS system – these services will continue to operate as usual.

 

For Our Customers in the USA

• Faster delivery times, now 1 to 2 weeks (previously 3 to 4 weeks).
• Declared value limit for packages went up from USD 760 to USD 800.
• Maximum package length increased to 68 cm, and the total girth to 145 cm.
• Weight limit increased from 25 kg to accommodate packages up to 30 kg.
• Smartphones and cell phones can be shipped as long as the batteries are removed.
• Lithium batteries can now be shipped as long as they are not installed in smartphones or cell phones.
• Wigs are now permitted for shipping.
• Communication devices and automotive parts cannot be shipped.
• It will be cheaper to ship parcels for over 1 kg. Here you can see some details:
