The recent Kahramanmaras earthquake in Turkey has disrupted the lives of many people.
As residents of Japan, we understand the devastation and tragedy that can occur from seismic events, and want to show our support for our customers that reside in affected regions.
What ZenMarket will do to help?
We are giving users who reside in Turkey extra time to store their parcels, and will be waiving all storage fees that these customers would usually incur until Sunday May 14th (2023/05/14).
We hope that giving affected people time to get their affairs in order without the stress of a storage deadline will assist and alleviate in the rebuilding process, as well as help with the reuniting of families and loved ones.
We would ask all of our customers to please plan their purchases accordingly, and only make new purchases if they can ship them out within the usual 45 day period, to ensure there is enough space in our warehouse for the orders of affected customers who need the additional storage time.
We will continue to look for additional ways that we can show our support as this crisis continues to emerge.
What can I do to help?

- AHBAP – AHBAP is an independent NGO which is managed by volunteers and active for any kind of emergency situation.
- AFAD – AFAD is an organization operated by the Turkish government to provide disaster and emergency management services.
We hope that through the efforts and compassion of everyone around the world, that we can assist those in need and get through this crisis.
